NCAA Division II teams
If you’re a varsity-level athlete, Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ athletics is the ideal place for you to build your skills, showcase your talents and receive the support you need to shine — in DU sports and in your classes. Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ is home to 27 NCAA Division II sports and holds 40 team national championships. Our more than 500 student-athletes compete in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC). Founded in 1972, the GLIAC has 12 member institutions across Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.

Non-varsity DU sports teams
Beyond NCAA Division II teams, Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ also offers a non-varsity DU athletics program. Choose from several non-varsity DU sports teams, including men’s and women’s hockey and rugby. Through non-varsity DU athletics, you’ll improve your game and keep your edge by competing with universities all across the state of Michigan and beyond.
