Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ has been approved to participate in State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements.

SARA – the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement – is an agreement between member states, territories and districts of the United States of America. As of July 2019, 49 states (all but California), the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands have joined SARA.

 Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ has been approved by the State of Michigan to participate in SARA.

Student Complaint Process:

For academic programs leading to licensure:

Participation in SARA has no effect on state professional licensing requirements. All licensed programs are approved for students who reside in Michigan or plan to seek employment in Michigan upon completion of the licensed program. NC-SARA does have several resources available to students who would like to do their own research. To assist with which agency to contact, students can refer here: and select Professional Licensure . The directory information is maintained and updated twice annually by NC-SARA. It includes general contact information for agencies or boards responsible for licensure by state.
